so einfach ist das auch wieder nicht. In den Tunern findet man zwei
Chips, einen von Philips (HF Teil, VCO, Mischer) und einen von ST für
die digitale Weiterverarbeitung des Signals. Die haben sich einfach
die Aufgabengebiete aufgeteilt und das Rad nicht zwei mal erfunden.
Ich denke mal dass es dewegen auch entsprechende Lieferabkommen gibt.
Dagegen ist auch gar nichts einzuwenden
Siemens nutzt auch schon immer Standardalbleiter von Drittanbietern,
aber Kerntechnologien sollte man behalten. Sonst kann es nämlich
passieren dass man nicht mehr produzieren kann, wenn Halbleiter wie
Controller und spezielle Leistungselektronik, für die es nicht ohne
weiteres second source Lieferanten gibt, von den Drittanbietern nicht
mehr geliefert werden. Im schlimmsten Fall zum Beispiel deswegen,
weil der Hersteller vom Konkurrenten GE gekauft wurde. Zudem sollte
ein so großer Konzern eigenen Einfluss auf neue Entwicklunge haben,
ansonsten rennt man der Konkurrenz hinterher.
