Modetrends in der IT-Branche - Deutsche Bank will IT auslagern

arbeite und nicht in der IT-Branche. Ist denn jetzt Outsourcing der
proklamierte Trend für das Frühjahr 2002 (oder wars auch schon in der
Herbstkollektion 1987) ? Was mag dann der Sommerhit oder der
Herbsttrend werden ? (Insourcing, Web to garnix sourcing ;))
Auf alle Fälle bleibt das BlaBla immer das gleiche *yawn*.
Warscheinlich werden die jetzt mit dem heissen Messer die
Entwicklungsabteilung von der Test- und Integrationsabteilung und von
der Produktivumgebung trennen, vom Support garnicht zu reden. Haben
mal alle friedlich auf dem gleichen Flur gesessen und eine
Problembehebung hat mal eben drei Schritte, grosse Probleme drei
Schritte einen Kaffee gekostet. Jetzt werden gewaltige
TroubleTicket Systeme installiert, ein Call Center (outgesourct an
irgendeinen Anbieter) angeheuert, ein UHD (ohne Ahnung, woher denn
auch ?) aufgesetzt, der second, third, fourth Level Support
(natürlich hoffnungslos unterbesetzt, weil jedes “Problem” einen
riesigen Wust an Schreibkram verursacht) aufgenommen.
Das alles kommt dann in ein Service Level Agreement, welches von
“Papiertigern” geschrieben wurde und ganz tolle Response- und
Availabilityzeiten definiert (klar, die müssens auch nicht ausbaden).
Später wird man dann feststellen das die Responsezeit von 30min.
garnicht möglich ist, da die Systeme des Call Centers und des UHD
bereits 60min. brauchen um ein Trouble Ticket zu generieren.

Die sollten schauen ob es organisatorisch und damit meine ich
menschlich überhaupt möglich ist, das Messer durch die Abteilungen
fahren zu lassen. Es gibt positive Beispiele von Outsourcing,
allerdings hat man dort einfach die zusätzlichen und neuen Bereiche
outgesourct, der Kern blieb bestehen. Oder man organisert die
Entwicklungs- und Betriebsschiene behutsam im Vorfeld um. Trennt
diese intern organisatorisch und schaut ob das klappt, wenn nicht
vergiss es, wenn ja dann probiere es.
